- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to improve organic rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytics and Data Analysis: Analytical skills to measure and interpret digital marketing performance metrics. Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar tools) to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Project management skills are beneficial to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The ability to create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and more. Proficiency in developing and executing content strategies. - Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with major social media platforms and the ability to create, schedule, and analyze social media content. Experience with multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts.
- Proficiency in English: English is the language of everyday communication.
- Certifications: Obtaining certifications in digital marketing areas like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or others can be advantageous.

Inbound Marketing:
- Implementing inbound strategies for lead attraction and nurturing.
- Crafting and executing audience-focused content plans.
- Enhancing SEO strategies for organic ranking improvement.
- Creating and managing diverse digital content (blogs, videos, social media).
- Leveraging email marketing tools for list management and campaigns.
- Developing and updating buyer personas to tailor marketing approaches.
- Analyzing digital performance data via tools like Google Analytics.
- Using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for efficient campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Optimizing campaigns and site performance.
- Collaborating across teams, including content creators and designers.
- Monitoring website traffic, lead generation, content engagement, SEO, and email metrics.
- Tracking social media metrics (followers, engagement, reach, impressions, CTR).
- Gauging conversions and customer sentiment on social platforms.
Outbound Marketing:
- Executing outbound marketing efforts, including email marketing, advertising campaigns, direct mail, and targeted outreach to prospects.
- Crafting compelling outbound messages and calls to action to drive leads and conversions.
- Managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Leveraging CRM systems for lead tracking, interactions, and customer data.
- Providing insights and feedback about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team, providing necessary information and support.
- Creating persuasive product demonstrations and presentations.
