Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Executes outbound marketing efforts, including email marketing, advertising campaigns, direct mail, and targeted outreach to prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Track leads generated through outbound efforts (monthly leads, conversion rate).
  • Advertising Performance: Measure effectiveness of ad campaigns (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS).
  • Email Marketing: Monitor performance of outbound email campaigns (open rate, CTR, leads generated).
  • Conversion Rate: Measure lead-to-customer conversion rate (MQL to SQL conversion rate).
  • Pipeline Contribution: Assess impact on sales pipeline (opportunities generated, revenue contribution).
  • Email Marketing Software: Creating and sending outbound email campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Managing and tracking outbound campaigns, lead scoring, and CRM integration. (Preferably HubSpot)
  • Advertising Platforms: Creating and managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Sales CRM: Tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and monitoring sales pipeline. (Preferably Pipedrive)
  • Analytics Tools: Tracking the performance of outbound campaigns, measuring conversions, and optimizing ROI.

Nasze wymagania

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly outbound marketing tactics like email marketing, advertising, and direct outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create compelling messages and engage with potential customers effectively.
  • Sales and Persuasion Skills: An understanding of sales principles and the ability to craft persuasive messages and calls to action to drive leads and conversions.
  • Copywriting: Proficiency in copywriting is essential for creating engaging marketing materials, including email campaigns, advertisements, and sales collateral.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and email automation.
  • Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, and the ability to create and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Understanding of lead generation techniques and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage interactions, and monitor customer data.
  • Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to measure the performance of outbound marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage multiple outbound marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Targeting and Segmentation: Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation to deliver personalized messages to different customer segments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous proofreading and attention to detail to maintain the accuracy and quality of marketing materials.
  • Multimedia Skills**: Depending on the role, experience with multimedia content such as videos, webinars, or podcasts may be required.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Understanding of social media platforms and their role in outbound marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align outbound efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English.
