Your responsibilities
  • Execute prospecting campaigns end-to-end, including database preparation, message personalisation, and outbound tool configuration
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities (new logos) in close collaboration with the Business Development team
  • Support account-based prospecting initiatives for Strategic Accounts in partnership with Strategic Account Managers
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Ensure high-quality data through ongoing enrichment, validation, and CRM management
  • Support outbound automation processes and contribute to the effective use of campaign tools and technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to drive campaign success and operational excellence
  • Provide flexible support across sales and prospecting activities to evolving business needs
Our requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • Interest in B2B sales, prospecting, and outbound campaign execution
  • Experience with CRM tools or prospecting platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with data (lists, databases, CRM systems)
  • Research and analytical mindset
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Proactive and reliable in execution-focused tasks
