Responsibilities
- Understanding market trends and defining, maintaining, and evolving the services portfolio (Data Center/Cloud/DevOps/AI Infrastructure) that meet clients future demands
- Identifying market opportunities and supporting sales in pre-sales meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and solution tailoring
- Scouting and piloting emerging technologies relevant to data center and AI infrastructure services.
- Defining delivery structure and processes, quality standards, and KPIs in area
- Monitoring and ensuring delivery according to SLA, budget, financial performance and schedule commitments
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for both standalone infrastructure services and integrated delivery with other company offerings
- Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
Requirements
- Several years of managerial experience in IT infrastructure service delivery and operations
- Experience in designing and managing delivery structures for complex, multi-team environments
- Proven track record in sales and client engagement at the international corporate level
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and coach Delivery Team Managers
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure requirements and AIops practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
