MakoLab S.A. announces a new Management Board, with Dariusz Głażewski as CEO
The Supervisory Board of MakoLab S.A. has appointed Dariusz Głażewski as the company’s CEO. He began serving as a Vice President of the Board in March 2026 and was responsible for implementing the company’s strategic directions of growth.
The change was occasioned by the resignation of Mirosław Sopek, PhD, who had taken up the role of CEO in late December 2025. The Supervisory Board also appointed Piotr Adamkiewicz to serve another three-year term of office as a Vice President of the Management Board. In line with the company’s statute, his new term will begin after the General Meeting of Shareholders when the financial report for 2025 is approved.
The new CEO also emphasises how crucial it is for the company to continue its expansion abroad while simultaneously growing its business in Poland and extending its offering.
Piotr Ignaczak resigned as Vice President of the Management Board with effect from 30 June 2026. As a result of the changes, the Management Board of MakoLab S.A. has consisted of three members, Dariusz Głażewski, Marek Wodzisławski and Piotr Adamkiewicz, since 1 July 2026.
Dariusz Głażewski
A manager with more than twenty years’ experience steering technological enterprises, business development and international expansion, Dariusz Głażewski has devoted his career to the new technologies sector, building and developing companies providing IT solutions to business clients.
From 2004 to 2018, he was the founder, managing director and then CEO of an IT company that went on to become part of an international organisation, Kaliop Group, where he took on the role of International Business Development Manager From 2018 to 2023, he served as Senior Business Development Manager Eastern Europe at Akeneo GmbH, part of the Akeneo SAS group, a global leader in the delivery of product information management (PIM) systems.
He also has a wealth of experience in the fields of corporate governance and managing listed companies. From 2014 to 2023, he was first a member of the supervisory board of Plast-Box S.A., going on to become its chair. He chaired the supervisory board of Suwary S.A. from 2022 to 2023. In May 2023, he took on the role of the company’s CEO, continuing to serve in that position until August 2025.
In March 2026, he became a vice president of the MakoLab S.A. Management Board, with responsibility for implementing the company’s strategic initiatives. He was appointed CEO in June 2026.
He graduated from the University of Szczecin with a master’s degree in sociology.
