Web Summit 2023

On 13th November, we will be in Lisbon at Web Summit to spend four days talking about the world of technology. The event has lost none of the immense appeal it holds for companies, investors, start-ups, decision-makers and the third sector.
We are proud to be representing not only our company there, but also our city’s IT community as part of the Invest in Łódź (Central Poland) initiative. The focus will be the many outstanding advantages that Łódź offers businesses, along with remarkable technological expertise in the fields of fintech, mobility, life sciences and the creative industries. MakoLab CEO Wojciech Zieliński is a co-creator of the programme for promoting Łódź and the region at the event.
Web Summit is an excellent occasion for forging new contacts. We are setting out to present MakoLab as a seasoned creator and supplier of mobility and fintech solutions. Our programme includes not only meetings with clients, but also setting up new contacts with companies that our services are designed for and partners who will enhance our work on growing our business.
That, though, is only the beginning. We are also heading to Lisbon in order to learn. The Web Summit 2023 conference programme is a cornucopia of fascinating topics. The ones that interest us the most are AI and machine learning, cars and mobility, fintech and payments, e-commerce and content creation.
We will also have the opportunity of presenting our views on all of those areas, not to mention our experience, achievements and plans. One thing we will be emphasising in particular is the use of AI.
The MakoLab team at Web Summit this year consists of our CEO, Wojciech Zieliński, our CTO, Piotr Ignaczak and our Head of Marketing and Business Development, Martin Kanaan. Look for the navy blue #LodzFeelsIT hoodies!
