MakoLab reports almost 78 million in sales for 2025

MakoLab Group reached consolidated revenues of PLN 77.9 in sales in 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 4%. The company maintained a stable level of operating profitability while extending its offering of services grounded in AI, data, cybersecurity and new generation digital marketing solutions.

A steady year-on-year growth in sales

For Q1 to Q4 2025, MakoLab Group generated:

·      PLN 77,937,000 in revenues (+4% year-on-year);

·      PLN   6,410,000 in operating profits (+3% year-on-year);

·      PLN   7,231,000 EBITDA;

·      PLN   4,129,000 net profit.

For Q4, sales amounted to PLN 19,133,000, representing a drop of 11% in comparison with the same period in 2024, which is worth noting as a record quarter. The primary impact on the current result came from a reduction in export sales relating to connected vehicles and business systems deployed on the German and British markets.

A strong position on the domestic market

Exports accounted for 68% of the Group’s consolidated sales in 2025. The value of foreign sales in euros rose by 1%, year-on-year. However, with the strengthening of the zloty, there was a fall in the value when converted into PLN. At the same time, domestic sales amounting to 32% of revenues rose by no less than 16% year-on-year. The increase in revenues from Poland were partly the result of the operational growth of subsidiary company MakoLab Consulting and projects carried out for new clients, mainly in the electrical engineering industry and retail pharmacy sector.

From the business perspective, 2025 was a successful year for us. We continued our positive course for growth in sales while maintaining the relevant profitability indicators. Our hard work throughout every quarter enabled us to improve our annual results by more than 3,000,000 as compared to 2024. MakoLab Group is continuing its operations in the three pivotal areas of artificial intelligence, data and cybersecurity, but we’re also focusing on the development and commercialisation of services rooted in business process automation leveraging agentic AI and services based on generative engine optimisation solutions; in other words, a new generation of Internet marketing services. At the end of 2025, the Group faced a sudden, wholly unexpected situation with the death of our CEO, Wojciech Zieliński, who had led MakoLab S.A. for most of the past eighteen years. Even at such a difficult moment, though, the Group gave the clearest possible demonstration of its stability by maintaining full operational and business continuity. At present, our focus is on the correct planning our work for 2026, which will enable the Group to attain even better results.

A roaring success! The second MakoDays event

In November 2025, the company held its second MakoDays conference, bringing new technological solutions and directions of development to the fore. The event attracted even more attendees than the first edition in 2024 and is proving to be a vital element of the Group’s sales and marketing strategy.
