MakoLab S.A. issues its first consolidated report

MakoLab has published its first ever quarterly report presenting the consolidated results of the company and a subsidiary, MakoLab Consulting Sp. z o.o. The group’s sales reached a value of PLN 18.2 million for the first quarter of 2025, with an EBITDA of PLN 1.2 million. The company also highlighted its progress in implementing automation and cybersecurity services.

In line with the requirements of Warsaw’s NewConnect market, MakoLab issued a report for Q1 2025. For the first time in the company’s history, it contains the consolidated financial results of MakoLab S.A. and MakoLab Consulting Sp. z o.o. Sales for the entire capital group totalled PLN 18.2 million, with an EBITDA of PLN 1.2 million. The value of the sales is lower than for the same period in 2024. The reason the company gave for this is that some of its work for a major client has been postponed to subsequent quarters this year.

We established MakoLab Consulting Sp. z o.o. a few years back as a focal point for our professional consulting services, primarily in connection with optimising business processes, transformation project management and data analysis and utilisation. There are crucial synergies between the offerings of the two companies in the group and their joint business has reached a scale that requires disclosure in financial statements. MakoLab Consulting plays a pivotal role in the plan to offer clients services related to artificial intelligence (AI). Understanding processes, changing them and managing the transformation are vital to obtaining business value from implementing AI.
Wojciech Zieliński, President of the Management Board and CEO

In its most recent report, the company also emphasised the intensive marketing activities it is conducting to promote its AI-powered process automation services. Cybersecurity for AI solutions is a critical area of these services. In all the activities discussed here, MakoLab is developing its partnerships with global suppliers of cloud services Amazon Web Services and Microsoft.

We worked intensively on promoting our AI-driven services during the first quarter. And we introduced our AI Discovery into our offering. AI Discovery is designed to identify the potential that AI can bring to an organisation and formulate a plan for its implementation. The other area where we’re expanding our offering is cybersecurity. We can see a lot of room for development there, especially in terms of multiple AI implementations.
