You'll decode target markets, conduct in-depth research, refine product messaging, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will center around:
- Understanding the target market, conducting market research, creating product messaging and positioning, developing marketing collateral, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (BOs, BizDev).
- Analyzing marketing data, conducts market research, measures campaign performance, and provides insights for optimization.
- Overseeing the website, marketing technology and automation platforms, ensures smooth campaign operations, and manages data and systems.

- Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. This includes understanding inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. The ability to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Marketing Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms is important. This includes experience with marketing automation software, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Project Management: The ability to coordinate marketing campaigns effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web technologies may be required for tasks such as email template customization and landing page creation.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information clearly and effectively.
