- Actively searching for potential customers through various channels, including lead generation activities, industry research, networking, and referrals. Identifying and qualifying leads by evaluating their suitability and potential as customers.
- Engaging with leads, building relationships, and nurturing them through targeted communication and interactions. Educating prospects about the solutions and services features, benefits, and value proposition, addressing their specific pain points and requirements.
- Showcasing the solutions and services capabilities and functionalities. Tailoring the demonstrations to address the needs and interests of the prospects, highlighting how the solutions and services can solve their specific problems.
- Gathering information about customer requirements, pain points, and challenges through in-depth discussions and discovery sessions. Ensuring a thorough understanding of the customer's business needs and objectives, facilitating the customization and configuration of the software solution.
- Working closely with the sales team, providing them with the necessary information about the prospects’ needs and preferences, insights, and support to effectively close deals.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques and processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. A background in sales or business development is required.
- Technical Knowledge: The capacity to understand the company's products, solutions and services. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly acquire a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to potential customers.
- Presentation Skills: The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of the company's products or services.
