By 2001, just 5 years after its founding, Apsys reached the status of leader on the commercial estate market in Poland. At the time, it was managing 18 Polish shopping centres and initiated works on its most important investment – a revitalisation project that would prove unique on both the national and European scale – Manufaktura in Łódź. The following years resulted in the company’s dynamic growth and successful project completions in the centres of Poland’s biggest cities. Korona in Wrocław, Janki in Warsaw, Galeria Katowicka in Katowice and the Posnania centre in Poznań are some of the iconic examples of the company’s tremendous success and well-established position. Beginning in 2003, Apsys’ portfolio includes similar accomplishments in France – such as the family-friendly Parc Saint Paul (Valence Area), the futuristic Muse (Metz) shopping centre and the Beaugrenelle – located in the very heart of Paris. The company is well-known for a meticulous approach to its projects. Premises established by Apsys are characterised by high levels of convenience and adjustment to their neighbourhoods, combined with innovative and futuristic designs. This uniqueness has earned the company a multitude of awards and wide acclaim throughout Europe.

For MakoLab, cooperation with Apsys has been a source of valuable experience in developing solutions for shopping centres that include entertainment facilities. Our cooperation began with Aspys’ key project - Manufaktura. We are proud to have designed three editions of websites for this remarkable post-industrial area. Many of the solutions we employed were highly innovative in this area of the market - we were among the first to introduce interactive maps for a shopping centre, with dedicated tenant subpages.
Cooperation with Apsys involved other projects as well. Since 2010, we have designed websites for four other estates managed by the client: CH Korona (Wrocław), CH Ster (Szczecin), CH Rondo (Bydgoszcz) and Dom Mody Drukarnia (Bydgoszcz). Despite changes in ownership, two of them are still online, with MakoLab responsible for their maintenance.
